REPLACE 18 YEAR OLD WATER SOFTENER
“Water softener needed replacing so following recommendations I called Bob Sergeant who visited the following day to show me replacement options. Having settled on a particular model, Bob returned the following working day and quickly and efficiently fitted the new softener, took away the old one for disposal and exchanged surplus bags of granular salt for the block salt needed for the new softener. Have had the softener for a month now and it is working perfectly. I cannot fault the advice or service I received and would highly recommend.”

Over the phone he advised me how to switch off the water softener to double check whether it was actually the softener. He said it is usually a plumbing problem rather than a softener problem and he didn’t want me to incur an unnecessary callout charge. He was completely correct – it was a blocked drain which I managed to fix myself. I very much appreciated his honest, good advice which enabled me to solve the problem at little cost to me. Bob personally came to meet us at our house to check that we are fitting the correct system for our house and what we are looking for. He is personable, reliable, trustworthy and professional. The person who installed the system worked very tidy and left the house in a good condition. We also left him at home alone to do the installation.
