I would highly recommend Bob Sargeant. I called his company as I feared my water softener was leaking. Over the phone he advised me how to switch off the water softener to double check whether it was actually the softener. He said it is usually a plumbing problem rather than a softener problem and he didn't want me to incur an unnecessary callout charge. He was completely correct - it was a blocked drain which I managed to fix myself. I very much appreciated his honest, good advice which enabled me to solve the problem at little cost to me. Would definitely recommend.
